Importantly providing assistance to understand how your current asset management system compares to industry accepted standards and developing roadmaps for improving your current practices in line with industry best practice, providing practical assistance to implement changes. This includes practical advice and initial gap assessments, assistance with preparation of strategies and plans, improving and implementing new practices and procedures.

Strategic Asset Management Plan Development and Enhancement (SAMP)

We will assist you to develop strategies and plans to support improved asset management practices and to provide a vision for future development. We are able to facilitate workshops and assist organisations in developing internal knowledge, encouraging “buy-in” to the end strategic approach.

Performance Assessment and Risk Management

We provide assistance with developing robust risk management approaches based on strong technical understanding and risk management experience. Quantitative and qualitative assessment techniques to enable an assessment of risk & criticality including asset health indices, FMECA, performance and reliability, and lifecycle cost assessments (e.g. NPV).
